Please note that Foster Care Alumni of America DOES NOT KNOWINGLY COLLECT OR MAINTAIN INFORMATION ON THE SITE FROM THOSE UNDER 18, AND NO PART OF THE SITE IS INTENDED FOR USE BY THOSE UNDER 18. During the process of registering on the Site, you may be required to provide certain personal contact information such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, birth date, password, and an affiliation. Please keep in mind that although most of your personal contact information will not be viewable by other members, once you are registered, your information will no longer be anonymous to FCAA.

We may use this information to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. In addition, we limit access to Your Information to only those employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or to do their jobs.

We may disclose Your Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to applicable law, comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on Foster Care Alumni of America.
