FCAA has named Alligator Recording Artist Janiva Magness Ambassador of Foster Care Alumni. In this capacity, the award-winning blues singer will serve as an advocate for children and adults who share the foster care experience, raising awareness and sharing her message of hope. FLUX brings honest, useful, and juicy real-life expertise that can only come from those of us who have experienced the system first hand. We explore bio family relationships, building support systems, parenting, and intimacy topics. We talk about our struggles and our successes.
