The Pennsylvania Chapter of Foster Care Alumni of America was started in March 2013. Our chapter promotes higher education, unites alumni at reunions and awareness events, mentors youth currently in care, and strengthens our voice through valuable partnerships. We meet in the Philadelphia and Harrisburg areas.
